GRADUATE SURVEYOR LARA JOINS MANCHESTER TEAM
Scanlans has recruited Lara Linsey as a graduate surveyor in the firm’s Manchester office.
Lara has a politics degree and a RICS-accredited master’s degree in commercial real estate, and she has gained practical experience with Auction House and Chesterfield-based Copelands Chartered Surveyors.
She aims to develop her career at Scanlans by completing her assessment of professional competence (APC) and becoming a chartered surveyor.
Lara, who specializes in commercial property work, is the latest graduate surveyor to join Scanlans, following the arrival last year of Laura Jackson in our Birmingham office and Ed Wiltshire in London
Scanlans chairman Ian Stanistreet said: “As a firm, we are committed to nurturing talented young professionals who can develop their careers with us, and Lara’s appointment is part of this ongoing strategy.
“She has several years’ experience of surveying and valuations and is extremely enthusiastic about the property sector.
“We are delighted to welcome her to our Manchester team and we are confident she will prove to be a great success in her role.”
Lara said: “Working in property is fast-paced and exciting and I’m delighted to join Scanlans. I relish the opportunity to be working at a larger firm where I can expand my commercial valuation experience.”
