SCANLANS TRIO ACHIEVE AIRPM STATUS
Three members of Scanlans’ Manchester team have passed their Institute of Residential Property Managers exams to achieve Associate status.
Christian Taylor, Valentina Gabrielli and Ashley Williams now aim to reach IRPM Member status and will work towards that qualification.
Scanlans funded and supported the trio through the AIRPM process and partner Ian Magenis said their success demonstrates the firm’s commitment to professional development for all staff.
He said: “We’re proud of their achievements and their success means that all of our property managers now hold recognised qualifications.
“This ensures that clients receive the highest level of professional service.
“Our commitment to training and development spans every department, with members of our team having been recently funded through industry schemes such as fire risk accreditation, facilities management and MRICS.”
