Dedicated Property Managers
Each development has a dedicated Property Manager who co-ordinates all the elements of management and is the point of contact for all matters. He will regularly attend developments to meet customers, contractors and truly get involved with matters.

Support team
Your property manager is supported in his role by an office-based team who understands each development and is available to answer questions and organize repairs.

The support team includes a dedicated accounts department, credit controllers, a bespoke property management sytem and general administration support, including property management assistants who can also help with general enquiries and repairs.

Specialist area knowledge
Our staff has extensive knowledge of the areas where they manage sites, including Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Chester, Warrington and throughout the North West and have developed an extensive data base of contractors providing services in the specific areas where properties are managed.

Experience
We currently manage approximately 300 developments throughout the country, ranging from purpose built city centre mixed use schemes to historic conversions, on behalf of Resident Management Companies and some of the best known house-builders.

Our wealth of experience has enabled us to develop systems and procedures tailored for this complex type of management. We have invested in modern technology to offer expertise not readily available from other Practices.
