Ian Magenis

 

Ian Magenis: Assoc. RICS MIRPM

Ian joined Scanlans in 2000, having been an Associate at a property management company in London. Over the last 20 years Ian has developed an extensive knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, specialising in providing advice on Right to Manage, Right to Appoint and general tenant disputes.  Ian is a strong advocate of tenant’s disputes and provides advice and guidance on Right to Manage applications.

Ian’s primary role is day-to-day management of the office, development and client liaison. In his spare time, Ian is a frustrated golfer and father of three.

Ian Stanistreet

Ian Stanistreet: FRICS

Ian has headed up the Property Management department for over 25 years.  As a Chartered Surveyor Ian has extensive knowledge of the commercial and residential market. 

He has been closely involved with a number of projects in the rejuvenation of the Northern Quarter in Manchester, focusing on both apartment dwelling and re-establishment of the commercial sector.

Neil M Inman

Neil M Inman: BSc, MRICS, IRRV(Hons), FNARA, MARLA

Neil has headed up the Midlands Office since it first opened over 20 years ago. He specialises in dealing with Development Finance, Receivership, Commercial Valuations, Business Appraisals and Expert Witness work

Glenn Taylor

Glenn Taylor: BSc Hons Assoc.RICS MIRPM

Glenn joined Scanlans in 2007, since which time he has become an invaluable member of the Management Team.Glenn has shown a particular expertise in dealing with difficult management sites and producing successful outcomes.He has been instrumental in obtaining successful outcomes of NHBC claims, where previous attempts had failed.  This includes securing claim settlements on two sites, in excess of £2m.

Alex Normand-Burns: Assoc.RICS MIRPM

Alex joined in 2004 initially starting as a Property Assistant. Alex is a valued member of the team recognised by clients and colleagues alike. She was a finalist in Young Property Manager of the Year in The national News on The Block Awards and was promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2014.

Debbie Waddington: Assoc.RICS MIRPM

Debbie joined in 2004 and has been working with a number of clients since then including Manchester City Centre developments such as The Edge. Debbie also has a number of Clients in the Bolton area.

Debbie was promoted to Senior Property Manager earlier in 2014.

Chris Jones

Chris Jones: Msc MIRPM

Chris joined our Midland Team as a Senior Property Manager with a wealth of experience having been a Property Manager with a national property company. He is responsible for the Marketing and Growth of the Midlands Office.

Paul Christopher

Paul Christopher: Assoc.RICS MIRPM 

Paul returned to Scanlans in 2017 after originally being with the Company for 12 years. Paul has worked in the Manchester and Birmingham offices developing the Property Management Departments and is an integral member of the senior management team.
