As relationships are at the core of our business, the knowledge that our staff develops throughout all departments – from the Accounts Department, Credit Control and the individual Property Managers – ensures a level of continuity and attention to detail, to the benefit of all of our clients.
At Scanlans we value all of our staff and are committed to career progression. To aid in this process we have three Team Leaders, experienced Property Managers, who are available as an additional point of contact and who offer training and guidance to other staff members.

We are one of few companies in the North West who are members of both the RICS and TPI, which exclusively regulates the management of residential leasehold properties.
We are also regulated by the FSA in the conduct of insurance business and carry the appropriate level of Professional Indemnity Insurance. Membership of these organisations provides our clients with peace of mind and the assurance of a professional approach.

Alex joined in 2004 initially starting as a Property Assistant. Alex is a valued member of the team recognised by clients and colleagues alike. She was a finalist in Young Property Manager of the Year in The national News on The Block Awards and was promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2014.
