At Scanlans we value all of our staff and are committed to career progression. To aid in this process we have three Team Leaders, experienced Property Managers, who are available as an additional point of contact and who offer training and guidance to other staff members.

Neil M Inman:
BSc, MRICS, IRRV(Hons), FNARA, MARLA
Neil has headed up the Midlands Office since it first opened over 20 years ago.
He specialises in dealing with Development Finance, Receivership, Commercial Valuations, Business Appraisals and Expert Witness work
Alex Normand:
Assoc.RICS MTPI
Alex joined in 2004 initially starting as a Property Assistant. Alex is a valued member of the team recognised by clients and colleagues alike. She was a finalist in Young Property Manager of the Year in The national News on The Block Awards and was promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2014.
Anna Knowles:
Assoc.RICS MTPI
Anna joined Scanlans in 2011 & works in our Manchester Office.
Anna has achieved Membership status of TPI & is an Associate of RICS.
As well as managing a portfolio of developments, she is Team Leader for the assistants.
Debbie Waddington:
Assoc.RICS MTPI
Debbie joined in 2004 and has been working with a number of clients since then including Manchester City Centre developments such as The Edge. Debbie also has a number of Clients in the Bolton area.
Debbie was promoted to Senior Property Manager earlier in 2017
Amanda Woods:
Assoc.RICS MTPI
Amanda is a Member of TPI and Associate of RICS with over 18 years’ experience in the industry. Amanda works in our Manchester Office managing a small team of property managers and a portfolio of residential developments across the North West.
