Unlike unregulated managing agents, Scanlans Property Management is an associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) — operating to strict industry standards. The company is also a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (MIRPM) and has assisted numerous sites in achieving their RTM, meaning the client base at Scanlans is now 90% RTM or Residents' Management Company (RMC) led.
